Vegetarianism and veganism.

“If someone offers me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit or water I will accept it" Sri Krishna (Bhagavad-gita 9-26)

The veganism and the vegetarianism are two ethics of life that can solve some nowadays social and  environmental problematics.

The vegetarianism is a essential or basic part of different eastern cultures and religions like the Hinduism which considers that animals like the cow or the white bull are sacred. They also believe that those animals are not suitable for human consumption or that are not good for human health. Despite this, in those eastern cultures are practiced some rites in which is presented the sacrifice of specific animals.

It can be stated that the veganism is the most respectful and healthiest style of life that exists.

Across the time some philosophies or manners like the vegetarianism have arrived to west, namely, the veganism and the vegetarianism.
The vegetarianism consists basically in respecting the life and eating healthy. Vegetarians don't eat meat, chicken or fish.

The veganism is an ethic alternative and is one of the healthiest diets. The products that are not adapted to the physical and spiritual needs of the human beings like the meat, the chicken, the fish, the cheese, the eggs and the milk and the different articles made with the leather and skins are not included in the life of a vegan person. Namely, the veganism is a respect attitude with all the other beings different to humans (animals and nature). It is a logical way to live in which the products from animals are not used nor to feeding, nor to dressing, nor to cleaning, etc. It consists in refuse the use of products tested on animals like creams or makeup, the participation in shows where people can use animals in whichever way and other mistaken things created by human beings.
